Sat morning, I'm about to race for 500m and 3000m, the 500m wasn't even my choice, coach wanted me to train on sprints as well, I agreed.
Going to ice rink with a good feeling, but worried, I didn't skate on ice for like 16 days, and only been 2 days since I came back, and BOOM, I'm off to a race !
500m started OK, finished with 42.5 (a new PR for me) and I was a bit surprised.
The 3000m went the other way, finished with 4:32, which is 6sec behind my PR, and 20sec away from a podium.
Any way, got a lot of work left, tomorrow I'll start working on getting back to my self, a video of the event will be up by tomorrow.
For now, I'll add a 100m sprint practice, which shows how much my tech have been improved.
